Fat ppl and buses

Fat ppl sitting on buses are a crime of indecency. Do I hate fat ppl, not really that is unless they are on the same bus that I am on. Is this post politically incorrect? You bet your pants it is!!! I don’t really hate fat people, most of them that I have met are quite nice and I don’t hate them anymore than I hate non-fat people, but theres something about fat people on buses that annoys the snot out of me.

When an individual that cannot fit their wide frame in 1 seat gets on the bus and decides to sit especially on buses that are filled to capacity, they should be charged the fare for 2 seats, I think some airlines do this already. Why do I hate width challenged people on buses? Well let me tell you all why. If you are sitting on the inside seat against the window and all of a sudden you get squished from the side and ur body gets pressed against the window it is quite uncomfortable. Because weight challenged ppl for some reason have no idea of the scale at which the width of their butt relates to the width of the seat they are attempting to sit in. So when they think they are dab smack in the middle they usually are just they don’t realize that their chocolate filled bum does not fit within the confines of the seat. So for an individual sitting against the window everytime the bus makes a turn and inertia goes towards the side of the bus, all of a sudden its like an elephant fell on you. The air is forced from your stomach quite quickly and if it is a slow extended turn, you are left gasping for air until the bus goes back to a straight line or enters an opposing centrifical force. Also while a person of larger porportions is mushed up against you on a bus ride, whenever the bus hits a bump or makes a sudden movement, u can feel the ripple effect of all that mass shaking and jiggling and let me tell you it is not a pleasant feeling. And its not like u can squish yourself away from it either as you are already basically embedded into the side of the bus but yet you can’t shake all that mass that keeps coming forth. I don’t know why but when I feel big blobs of fat jiggling up against me and theres no where to hide, I just want to puke. Also if you have to get off before the fat person, good luck because it usually takes them three times longer to get out of the seat to let you out than a regular person, and I do feel bad for them in this regard cuz its really not that easy for some of them to do it.

Now if you find yourself on the bus looking for a seat and there are no window seats and only aisle seats choose carefully which aisle seat you sit in if you have a choice. If there is a fat person against the window don’t sit in the corresponding aisle seat if you don’t have to, heck if its the only available seat left don’t even sit there and let someone else sit there and stand instead even if it is a long bus ride. I say this because when an individual of above average proportions is sitting against the window they are not taking up just one seat, you should be able to see that the second you walk onto the bus, instead they are taking up at last a seat and a half.  Now if you were to attempt to sit in that seat you would at most be able to sit in half the seat and because you probably want some buffer between you and the rather large individual you would probably only sit on 1/3 of the seat. This basically means that at least one side of your body is hanging off into the aisle as there is no room for it on the seat. Now sitting in such a manner requires a lot of effort as everytime the bus turns you have to hold onto the seat in front of you and plant your feet firmly to prevent yourself from falling into the aisle and looking like an idiot. On a long busride thats quite the workout, I believe it requires less effort and is actually more comfortable to stand on the bus than attempt to sit in the aisle seat beside a person of above above average proportions.

I actually do get along with ppl of above average proportions and I consider some of them to be my friends, I have no ill regards for them but for me buses just are not built or equiped in a manner to facilitate larger than normal individuals. I am not an individual that knows how to be politically correct and am quite a rather blunt person, so I apologize for how I refer to “fat” people.
